I ordered from Colourpop on black Friday. They had a deal with $4 lippies and that was a good enough deal/excuse for me to go ahead and buy some makeup! So, I bought 4 lippies, 2 eyeshadows, 1 highlighter and 1 concealer.

1.FUDG’D
The first lippie I brought was Fugd’d. Fugd’d is a brown lip gloss that compliments brown skin very well. On my lips, it is a little hard to see because it is a nude on my lips. It sort of reminds me of my NYX nude lippies, praline and ginger.

3. STAIN
Stain is a pink lip gloss that has a subtle look to it. It can be worn on an average day but it’ll add a little pizazz to your look.

4. ZEBRA
Zebra is 100% a statement lip. It is a metallic bronze color that stands out very much. When I first put it on I was pleasantly surprised by how pigmented it is. I will probably wear this on a day that I have a full face of make-up on and I have a very nice outfit that matches the level of this lip.
5. Limbo
Limbo is a lip that I had previously. It is an ultra-matte dark brown color that pops. Limbo is definitely one of my favorites because it is a great nude for dark skin. Finding nudes for dark skin can be very difficult but Colourpop has seems to make it simple for us!
6. TULLE
Tulle is a color that I had previously. It is an ultra-matte lip that has pink tones to it. I like this color because it’s subtle but a statement at the same time. A brown lip liner can also be added to this look to give it a little more dimension.

Limbo is my favorite, I have 2 of them ( i don’t like running out of things I like), I also have Tulle… I don’t love it as much. My favorite on you is Zebra, I may have to purchase that one.
Yea I love Limbo! Its great for darker skin tones. & really? Have you tried to mix tulle or use a darker lip liner? & thanks Zebra is definitely a statement lip!
while the matte lippies are gorgeous on your lips i’m more of a sheen girl so i love fugd and dropout more than the others.

I love the colourpop lippies! The only thing is that they are sometimes really drying!! Do you normally apply a lip balm prior to using the colourpop? I guess I could always apply it over the top of the lippie too.. What do you recommend?
Yes, isn’t this the truth! The matte lips can be very drying. Before I put them on my lips I always use my Eos lip balm. This tends to work for a while and then my lips become dry again because ultimately these are matte lipsticks. So, I would definitely recommend using lip balm and if towards the end of the day you don’t care too much about it being matte anymore you can throw some vaseline on top. It’ll become a cute gloss and your lips will be moisturized!
I loved all the colors but Tulle was my favorite. I have never tried ColorPop but after seeing all of the colors on your skin tone I know I should have no problems.

I havent tried the Colorpop brand just yet, I LOVE NYX lip lingerie so those are my lippie go to’s. Tulle & limbo are my favorite on you. Love the pictures.
Hmm. Really? I have two NYX Lingerie lippies, teddy and beauty mark. And they feel kind of sticky on my lippies. Idk they feel kind of weird. Have you had this problem? & thank you!!
My favorite is a tie between Tulle and Limbo. I have limbo as well and love it!
