So many new changes!
Hello friends! There has been so many great changes in my life that I am abundantly grateful for. Firstly, I got married during the pandemic 🙈, maybe I’ll write a post about that process.
A year later my husband and I purchased our first home. The journey was quite an interesting and extremely long one. It took us 7 months from first finding our home on realtor to closing on our home. Although, it was a difficult time for us, it was all worth it in the end. Check out my closing day vlog here to see the moments when we finally purchased our home.
Real estate is a secret passion of mine (who else loves scrolling on realtor to imagine yourself in beautiful homes around the world? just me? okay haha) Even further, I love looking at these homes to see what I would renovate/change to bring it to 2022 standards. It honestly is such a dream of mine to eventually do that in real life.
Our home is the perfect start for getting use to being a homeowner and finding out what will bring value to our home.
So our place is a new construction, hence why it took so long to finally move in, and we are starting on a fresh, blank slate. Although, it is new construction, it currently does not have much character and I can’t wait to add some love and homeyness.
I wanted to share some inspiration for the many rooms of our new home. Although, this is not our forever home, I believe that it is very important to make your home a place of comfort, peace and restoration.
