It’s about that time for me to talk about November’s favorites! I will be sharing the things that I loved in November. As I talked about in the video below the majority of what I loved in November where non-tangible things. So I have been into books and lots of different music.
1. Witch Hazel
The first thing that is definitely my favorite and will always be is witch hazel by the brand Dickinson’s. Witch hazel is great for getting extra dirt left on your face after you wash it. You would think that your cleanser gets all of the dirt and makeup off of your face as it is usually advertised to do but in actuality it does not.
Do a little experiment after you wash you face throughly. Grab some witch hazel and squirt some on a cotton ball, rub it all over your face and look at the cotton ball to see what’s there!
Comment down below and let me know what you see! Witch hazel can also be used as a toner. If you need some witch hazel and would like to purchase some to try, click down below to direct you to amazon. They are more pricey than if you were to get it from say Walmart so please keep that in mind!
Witch hazel is definitely something that will stick around for me. As you can see in the picture I am literally out of this bottle, so I need to go stock up on some more. When I went to Walmart yesterday they were out of this brand! That shows you how good it is!
2. Water Bottle
I am in love with this water bottle! I got it from Home Goods for about $8 and it came with reusable ice cubes and an infuser. These things are so useful and great for the price that I got it for. I also have these pretty stickers on my bottle that I brought from Michael’s on sale for $2. These stickers are a great reminder for me to drink water throughout the day.
*Daily Reminder*
How Much Water Have You Drank Today??
*Remember*: it is optimal and recommend for us to drink at least half of our body weight in oz. For example, if you were to weight 135 pounds than you will need to drink 67.5 oz.
3. Penn State Speaker
This speaker was a gift from Residence life here at Penn State. I am an RA on campus and they give us RA appreciation gifts, which are most definitely appreciated! I put this speaker on when I feel like my phone or laptop just isn’t cutting it and I love it. The sound that comes from it has a good base and just makes things sound good.
4. Pumpkin Spice
The most cliche November Favorite there is: pumpkin spice. This is something that I have really been enjoying, it tastes so good and it makes me feel the love of fall. I like it in muffins, lattes, smoothie, anything to be honest!
5. Afro Beats
The next thing I have been loving are Afro beats! They are life, for real. I have been into afro beats for a while now and I have also been jamming in November. Some artist that I love are Mr. Eazi, Maleek Berry and Davdio.
Here is a list of my favorites:
Hold Up~ Mr. Eazi
Me and You~ Praiz
Short Shirt~ Mr. Eazi
Ohema~ DJ Spinal
Mad Over You~ Runtown
Give Me Love~ DjAkuaa
Fall~ Davido
Shitor~ Mr. Eazi & Juls
Hottest Thing~ Squeeze Tarela
Rihanna~ Yxng Bane
Been Calling~ Maleek Berry
Eko Miami~ Maleek Berry
Just to name a few. 😊
6. DVSN: Morning After
Next, I have DVSN’s album, Morning After. This album is absolutely amazing. I am in love with music like this because it is so calming and chill.
Here is a snippet of his album. This firs song is called “Mood.”
This song is called “POV.”
Next, is “Don’t Choose.”
Some of other notable favorites are, “Claim,” “Body Smile,” and “Can’t Wait.”
In the comments tell me which is your favorite!
7. Keke Palmer’s: I Don’t Belong to You: Quiet the Noise and Find Your Voice
Wow. Keke’s book so far is amazing. There are so many gems and inspirational pieces in this book. One notable quote was, “People knowing that you are great doesn’t make you any greater and people not knowing that you are great doesn’t make you any less great.” OMG. This such a gem.
Lots of people define their success and greatness by what others see them as. Your value is not determined by how many likes you get on social media, how many people like you, or what people think of you! Please understand this. You are valuable no matter what.
I am looking forward to finishing this book and seeing what else Keke has in store for us!
Conclusion
These are my November favorites! Comment down below and let me know if you enjoy any of the things or songs that I mentioned in this post.

I love pumpkin spice in November, too and I just did a Water & Routine (for skincare) challenge in the month of October. I wish I had that water bottle…at least the stickers. What a cute idea! Thank you for posting!
It’s the perfect time of the year for it! & really? I would love to check it out! Water is essential to great skin. I got the stickers from Micheals but you could also check amazon! Thank you for reading!
